Which house for you? is an artistic, social and urbanistic research project that focuses on the analysis of absences in the territory, as traces of old houses or demolished buildings visible to the public space that denote or are witnesses of dissociations between the urban fabric and the social fabric of a territory; these are spaces in limbo, often associated with underlying conflicts on the issue of housing.
The history of an old demolished house at 43 Art Street, in the Guinardó neighborhood (Barcelona), and the works that are currently underway are the starting point of a project that aims to contrast the urban planning approaches that take place in this particular area of the city with the witnesses of the agents that inhabit or pass through it, so as to make visible the different realities or dynamics that may signify spaces already absent from the neighborhood.
